About Me
Boasting nearly 16 years of experience in the real
estate, construction, and project management
fields, I earned a three-year certificate in
Construction Technology and Methodology from the
Mechanic’s Institute (a New York University
affiliate) in 1993. I then began my career as a
construction estimator for one of New York’s most
prestigious general contracting/construction
management firms. Quickly advancing to Assistant
Project Manager, I worked closely with facilities
directors of many private hospitals and universities
throughout New York City—New York University
Medical Center, New York Hospital (New
York/Cornell), Beth Israel Medical Center, The New
School, and Long Island University Hospital to name
a few.

In March 2002 I gained employment with one of Northeast Pennsylvania's leading
civil engineering, surveying, and land planning firms. Currently I am serving as
Client Liaison and Marketing Associate for that firm. In an effort to better
understand the needs of Clients, I attended Real Estate Salespersons courses at
Pocono Real Estate Academy in the latter part of 2006. In February 2007 I sat for
and passed both the State and National portions of the Pennsylvania Real Estate
Salesperson’s exams. Subsequently, in April of 2007, I became a Pennsylvania
Notary Republic then a Certified Signing Agent.
Years of experience in the building industry coupled with knowledge gained
through studies and personal real estate dealings has afforded me much
knowledge in real estate transactions.

this include reliability, promptness, and professionalism. Attention to detail
